Replacing LCD in sony VGN CS series is very easy. Anyone can do it easily.
You
have to purchase correct replacement part for your laptop. This model
is using a 14.1 inch LCD. To replace the old LCD, carefully remove all
the screws from the LCD panel and detach the front panel assembly.
Remove screws from both sides of LCD unit. Detach LCD unit carefully and
place it on keyboard. Remove VGA data cable and Inverter cable
carefully.
Replace the new LCD very carefully and connect VGA data
cable and Inverter cables. Mount LCD correctly and tighten with screws.
replace front LCD panel and fix with screws and pace the screw mask on
place.
